I’m going to do a quick review on this series because I’m getting the feeling that hardly no one watches it, and it’s underrated. I don’t understand why it is, but if anything, it’s probably the character designs that put people off from watching it.
Shonen Hollywood– Holly staged for 49.
When I first started watching this series, I thought it was going to be another one of those otome-like idol series that everyone was going to adore. I was completely wrong making an assumption like that in the first place, and i should’ve watched the PV first. The series is more likely about a group of Highschool kids wanting to find and achieve their dreams— Now, this is what kept me watching this series. The fact they were aspiring and working hard towards wanting to get somewhere. Though, I get the feeling that the idol group ‘Shonen Hollywood’ will probably never become successful idols as much as the person whom recruited them tried to.
The music seems to be something that stands out for me; it’s soothing and relaxing. Also, this series doesn’t seem as dramatic as other idol series, such as Uta no prince sama. Which is another thing I adore.
If I were to give this a rating out of ten, I’d definitely give it an eight.
