Sora no Method - 06

Aaaand hello again readers (assuming there are people reading)! Yeah, I promised to do a post when I wake up but that didn’t happen quickly since I was being lazy a while ago and now I have nothing else to do but to share my insights about this anime (though I’ll start on ep 6).

Sora no Method is an anime about 5 childhood friends bonding during childhood (duh) but then one of their members, Nonoka had to move out of the town though she never had a chance to tell her friends so they thought she just left. During their last moments before Nonoka left, they all wished for something (which was Nonoka’s idea) and years later we find out that Nonoka is coming back to town and that there is a Disc above the town which everyone considers ‘normal’.

So much for a fail synopsis, anyway that’s about it, during the first 5 eps, we learn that Yuzuki is somewhat protesting and claiming that the Disc should be removed, Souta is errr, damn I forgot what this guy’s importance is. That other girl seems the only one to help Nonoka, and Shione takes picture of the Disc and apparently hates Nonoka as well for leaving and forgetting.

Anyway, the first few struggles we see are Nonoka and Noel’s fight (I think during ep 1, argh, not sure), Nonoka and Yuzuki’s fight, since Yuzuki learned that Nonoka was the girl who ‘summoned’ the Disc during their childhood days, and Nonoka trying to befriend Yuzuki. By the end of episode 5, Yuzuki seems to have accepted Nonoka.

Now, episode 6, we can assume that the next few eps would develop Shione’s character (since she’s the only one left for the gang to be completed), and after that prolly character development for the gang with Noel as they learn she is the Disc etc. We see the odd pairing of Shione and Noel in this ep, and damn, I wonder what Shione would feel when she learns Noel is the Disc. And we also see Yuzuki trying to apologize to Nonoka, and that scene with their talk was great, so cute and heartwarming. Also, hot spring episode, and Souta wasn’t invited, haha, poor guy.

Anyway, this review is crap, I gotta learn how to write, but this is just my opinion anyway. Just a note, if you want a light-hearted anime, that tackles the themes of friendship and mystery (slight, about the Disc, you’ve gotta wonder about that large Disc), this is your Anime.

I promise to do better next time, don’t hate me. Btw, Nonoka is mine <3 And Yuzuki too <3
