Sunrise announced during the company’s panel at New York Comic Con that the studio is partnering with Right Stuf, Inc. to release the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise in North America. The company will release the first Mobile Suit Gundam television series and the Turn A Gundam anime series next spring. In a press release, Right Stuf also mentioned that the company will also be releasing Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ for the first time in North America.
Sunrise also announced that the Gundam: The Origin OVA will be released in North America with an English dub by NYAV Post. The company is also working with a U.S. distributor to release Gundam: Reconguista in G in North America; Sunrise did not announce which company would release the series.
