Our friends at Arc System Works has decided to post a video showing their two newest fighters for Guilty Gear Xrd Sin and Elphelt in action. For those who are not in the know Sin is making his first fighting game debut as he first appeared in Overture and being shown in cut scenes for Guilty Gear Xrd fans knew it was only a matter of time.
As Sin is known Elphelt is unknown as she is completely new to the series. If that is not enough she is technically the series first gun wielder. The video shows both in action and gives us a chance to see the difference in gameplay Elphelt as two guns shotgun and rifle she plays with as Sin has a meter which depletes with specials forcing him to eat in order to refuel it. Canceling will deplete the meter quicker but Sin only needs a second to refuel. His stage is another part of his farther castle. His Ride the lightning from Overture follows the same it did in the preivous game which allows Sin to come at you three times on the ground and in the air. Also his Overdrive moves are not affect by his food meter.
Elphelt opening is more of a mystery as her opening has her coming out of some machine. In her bio she is noted as unknown which means we might find that out in the game. Just like Sin we get to see her in action with both guns and her Overdrive. For more check out the video below.
