With Sasuke Naruto manga 693, when he was all about revenge, that’s pretty much when it all started. The generic Evil Doer template used by Madara, Obito and Kaguya. Their reasoning was revenge, Sasuke himself said that it was the case before but things have changed. He has obviously allowed external, different point of view to influence his purpose. So no, they’re not quite the same.

And the stuff after that…Sasuke is calling for a revolution, aka, CHANGE in the system, not for its destruction. That’s a big difference. Sasuke is about to start killing innocence to start his “revolution”. He wants to tear down the current system and place another one over the corpses of those who would oppose this change when NOBODY is supporting him. His “revolution” is him against the world.

Regarding revolution, while Madara and Obito were calling for the destruction of the system with no replacement, Sasuke is calling for a change. The means to the end might be similar, but that’s not the point.
